Lazy T Beef and Broccoli

How to Cook Lazy T Beef and Broccoli:

  1. Prep the Beef: Start by slicing your Lazy T Ranch sirloin into thin strips. This allows for quick cooking and ensures every piece is tender and flavorful.
  2. Sauté the Broccoli: Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until bright green and tender-crisp, about 4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Cook the Beef: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds, then add the beef strips. Cook until browned, then return the broccoli to the pan.
  4. Add the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour over the beef and broccoli. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Thicken the Sauce: Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir into the pan and simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
