Cowboy Ribeye Skillet
How to Cook Cowboy Ribeye Skillet:
- Prepare the Skillet: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt.
- Season the Ribeye: Generously season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and sear each side for 4-5 minutes or until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add Flavors: Add minced garlic and rosemary sprig to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the butter and oil mixture, then remove the steaks and set them aside.
- Cook the Veggies: In the same skillet, add cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are blistered and the potatoes are golden brown.
- Serve: Slice the ribeye steaks and serve them with the tomatoes and potatoes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
