How to Cook Wrangler's Sirloin Stir-Fry:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sirloin steak and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed. Add the garlic, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Combine and Serve: Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the sauce mixture and stir well to coat everything. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over cooked rice.
