Ingredients
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 1 oz au jus gravy mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- pepperoncini peppers to taste
Instructions
Slow-cooker Instructions:
- Place chuck roast into slow cooker first.
- Pour all other ingredients on top of the meat.
- Cook for 8 hours on low temperature.
Instant Pot Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into instant pot.
- Pour 1 cup of beef broth into the pot.
- Set to cook for 1 hour on high pressure setting.
