Instructions
How to Cook Tex-Mex Range Rider's Guacamole Burger:
- In a bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, Serrano peppers, cilantro, yuzu kosho, and lime juice. Mix well until combined and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set your guacamole aside.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- While your cooking surface is heating up, cut your burger buns in half and brush the insides with melted butter.
- Toast the buns on the grill or in a skillet until they’re golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the heat and set aside.
- Once your grill or skillet is hot, add the Lazy T burger patties.
- Cook the first side until it’s well-seared and has a deep brown color. This is crucial for locking in the flavors.
- Flip the patties and add a slice of Monterey Jack cheese to each one.
- Cook for a few more minutes, just until the cheese is melted and the second side is cooked to your liking.
- To assemble your burger, start with the bottom half of your toasted bun.
- Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise across the bun.
- Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add a few slices of pickled jalapenos on top of the cheese.
- Generously dollop your guacamole on top of the jalapenos.
- Cap it off with the top half of your toasted bun.
- Your Tex-Mex Range Rider's Guacamole Burger is ready to serve. Grab a napkin and dig in, partner!
