Perfect for a quick, hearty meal after a long day's work, it's as satisfying as the Wyoming landscape is vast.
Ingredients
Ten Sleep Teriyaki Stir-Fry Ingredients:
- 1 lb dry-aged sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions
How to Cook Ten Sleep Teriyaki Stir-Fry:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until browned and just cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onion, and carrots. Stir-fry until they're just tender. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the skillet. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and honey. Cook everything together for a few more minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
- Serve your stir-fry hot over a bed of rice, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for that extra touch.
