Ingredients

Homestead Ground Beef Burgers with Special Ranch Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Lazy T Ranch ground beef (from any box with ground beef)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles, for garnish

Special Ranch Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

How to Cook Homestead Ground Beef Burgers with Special Ranch Sauce:

  1. Form the Patties — Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently shape each into a patty. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Grill the Burgers — Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness, adjusting based on your preferred doneness. Toast the burger buns on the grill during the last minute.
  3. Prepare the Special Sauce — In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  4. Assemble the Burgers — Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on each bun. Add a patty and top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles as desired. Add the top bun and serve immediately.
