- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon paste (mix with 2 tablespoons hot water)
- 4 slices Gruyere cheese
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 brioche burger buns, halved and toasted (optional)
Instructions
How to Cook Lazy T Cowboy French Onion Burgers:
- Heat your grill to medium-high or place a grill pan on the stovetop over medium-high heat. If using a grill, oil the grates.
