  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions
