Tex-Mex Range Rider's Guacamole Burger

How to Cook Tex-Mex Range Rider's Guacamole Burger:

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced avocados, red onion, Serrano peppers, cilantro, yuzu kosho, and lime juice. Mix well until combined and season with salt and pepper to taste. Set your guacamole aside.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. While your cooking surface is heating up, cut your burger buns in half and brush the insides with melted butter.
  4. Toast the buns on the grill or in a skillet until they’re golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the heat and set aside.
  5. Once your grill or skillet is hot, add the Lazy T burger patties.
  6. Cook the first side until it’s well-seared and has a deep brown color. This is crucial for locking in the flavors.
  7. Flip the patties and add a slice of Monterey Jack cheese to each one.
  8. Cook for a few more minutes, just until the cheese is melted and the second side is cooked to your liking.
  9. To assemble your burger, start with the bottom half of your toasted bun.
  10. Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise across the bun.
  11. Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top of the mayonnaise.
  12. Add a few slices of pickled jalapenos on top of the cheese.
  13. Generously dollop your guacamole on top of the jalapenos.
  14. Cap it off with the top half of your toasted bun.
  15. Your Tex-Mex Range Rider's Guacamole Burger is ready to serve. Grab a napkin and dig in, partner!
