Rodeo Ribs with BBQ Glaze

How to Cook Rodeo Ribs with BBQ Glaze:

  1. Prepare the Ribs: Preheat your grill or oven to 275°F. Rub the ribs with olive oil and season generously with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the Ribs: Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 2.5 hours, or until they are tender and the meat is pulling away from the bone.
  3. Make the BBQ Glaze: In a small saucepan, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer on low heat until well combined.
  4. Glaze and Finish: Brush the ribs with the BBQ glaze and cook for an additional 15 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize. Serve hot with extra glaze on the side.
